Intramural Sports

Keuka College intramural sports (IM) offers programs for students, faculty, and staff throughout the academic year.

The IM program coordinates over 30 leagues, tournaments, and events and co-sponsors activities in partnership with residence life, the office of student activities, and campus clubs and organizations, among others. Co-ed, men’s and women’s divisions are available (as demand dictates) in a variety of formats:

Leagues – Basketball, badminton, dodgeball, flag football, floor hockey, indoor soccer, indoor volleyball, and softball.

Tournaments – Capture the flag, cricket, dodgeball, Kan Jam, kickball, outdoor volleyball, powder puff flag football, Texas hold em’, tug-of-war, ultimate frisbee, wiffleball, and Wii games.

Special Events – Joe Burke Invitational, Intramural Ladies Night, Intramural Throwback Night, and Faculty/Staff vs. Students games.

Sign-Ups

Students interested in participating in intramurals are encouraged to form a team and must sign-up during the designated entry period.

Teams can sign-up online or visit the IM sign-up table located in the Phillips Lounge from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Students are also welcome to sign-up without a team on our “free agent” list, allowing them to be placed on an existing team that needs players.

Awards

Keuka College holds an intramural sports awards ceremony at the end of each semester.  At The Stormys, all league and event champions receive a coveted IM champion T-shirt.  Individually designed MVP trophies, as well as other awards and recognitions, are distributed at this momentous occasion.
