Our Residence Halls
All of our halls offer common study areas, pantries, TV lounges, phone, cable, and ethernet connections in all rooms.
Ball Hall
The original campus building and recently renovated, it is available only to upperclass and transfer students. Rooms are available in quads, triples, doubles, and singles. There is a fee of $325 per semester to live in Ball Hall.
Each room offers
- a phone jack for each occupant,
- one cable hookup per room,
- movable furniture, and
- overhead light.
Blyley Hall
This residence hall typically attracts upperclass athletes and features two floors, one for women and the other for men.

- overhead light.
Davis Hall
Davis is located on the hill overlooking the lake and is an all-freshman residence hall.
Each room offers
- a phone jack for each occupant,
- one cable hookup,
- movable furniture (desks, dressers, and beds),
- an overhead light, and
- 18 outlets (nine on each side).
Harrington Hall
Available to upperclass students and transfers, this residence hall places an emphasis on leadership and cooperative living. The rooms are suite style and there is an additional charge of $250 per semester.

Saunders Hall
A single-sex hall available to all women students.
Each room offers
- a phone jack for each occupant,
- one cable hookup,
- stationary furniture (bed, desk, dresser, and closet for each resident),
- overhead light and two vanity lights, and
- 10 outlets (five on each side of the room).
Space Hall
Available to all Keuka students, this hall is co-ed by floor.
