The Campus Activities Board (CAB) plans and coordinates weekly social events on campus and provides entertainment for the entire campus.
Events include bands, comedians, movies, game shows, and in-house activities, most of which are free to students. The funding for these activities comes from the student activities fee.
All students are welcome to join CAB to participate in the planning, organizing and execution of campus events. Duties of a CAB member might include advertising, event finalization, set up and tear down of equipment, professionally socializing with performers before and after a show, and programming.
Active members are divided into committees based on interest and expressed need, such as the Concert Committee, which has successfully secured acts such as Gym Class Heroes, We The Kings and Matt Nathanson.
